Yahoo business email and folders to pst

Hello experts- I need to down load a client's email from Yahoo Business Email to PST file so I configured outlook with pop3 and SMTP  to do so, however there are many folders and sub folders that the user has created in yahoo which are not under inbox therefore those folders were not copied to PST file, I probably could move them to root or under inbox and then should be downloaded to PST but I am looking a way to do that without touching his yahoo email folder structure or hierarchy . Can someone advise how that might be done.

If you can see from  Outlook all folders, then you should be able to export also. It seems you are selecting only inbox to export.

You can setup Outlook to use IMAP which will make all of his folders visible in Outlook and, if you setup both (pop and IMAP), you MAY be able to copy folders between the two accounts in Outlook.  (I'm a Missouri mule and have never tried it)
Otherwise, I'm afraid you're stuck with the tedious process of moving the inbox, moving the contents of a folder in webmail, receiving that in Outlook, creating the folder, moving the new emails, and on and on and on......  Its tedious as h*ll but that I have done.
