Xenapp 6.5 - Multiple sessions to same server

Hi all,

Xenapp 6.5 HFRO5

I have an issue with some users that when they are launching applications rather than opening them in the same session it is creating a new session to the same server (see pic) this causes issues with concurrency. All apps are deployed to teh same app group.

Anyone know why it might do this.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I had a similar issue - check http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/System_Utilities/Remote_Access/Citrix/Q_28651147.html

When I installed the  latest roll up pack 5 it solved the issue - having also set the App settings to only allow one instance per user per farm.
