Outlook 2013 Not Showing Recent Messages

We have an e-mail account that is read by five users.
Four see it perfectly.
The fifth only sees messages till the end of April.

The account has been removed from her, deleted, rejoined etc several times and even put the data through a cleaner and reimported - no change.

Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Remove the Outlook Profile (Control Panel, Mail Icon), restart the computer and make a new Outlook Profile. You will need to set up the Exchange account.

I assume this is Exchange and you have not put a PST file on a network (which can cause damage).

Have deleted it's data file a couple of times but willing to try again.
Caching is turned on and yes we are on Exchange.

So the data file is the OST file. Deleting it will cause a new OST file to be built and so it is not likely the OST file. Could be, just not likely.

Try making a new Outlook Profile for the user.

Hope all the Emails are lying in the exchange and accessed from Exchange Mailbox

please disconnect the four mailbox users temporary and try reconfiguring the fifth user with a new profile and test emails there could be a possibility that any of the users may have
> email rules defined to move to some folders
> archived rules jst incase
> mailbox quota

good luck

I had tried all the other options but removing all the associations of the other users and then rebuilding her connection from scratch worked. Many thanks.
