Drupal Security Issue

Hey guys,
So it seems like one of my sites have been attached via injection. When I do a Fetch in Google Webmaster Tools, spam code shows up in the site's footer. See the attached screenshot for an example of the code. Google has a problem with this code, understandably.

Where do I begin? Which files to do need to examine etc? Thanks in advance!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

do you have a backup from the drupal directory? I recommend you to make a diff from the backup and the current directory to see which files are affected.

Great suggestion. I found a Drupal module called Hacked, which does exactly that. Thanks for your help! I'll give the module a shot.
