How to change Java port from using port 10000

A Symantec Backup Exec server in a CAS/MMS environment is having some issue backing up  Exchange 2010 and we discovered that javaw.exe is using port 10000 on the exchange server and that is the port that backup exec using.

How do I find out what application is using Java on the exchange box?

Thanks, the solution is a bit different in a CAS/MMS environment. I believe that it has to be done on the CAS and it affects all MMS and all clients. That is why I mentioned CAS/MMS environment.  A few Symantec techs actually did it your way and it worked for while then issues developed.  A Senior CAS/MMS  tech then removed all such entries from and set the CAS to dynamic ports and it worked... until now.   Anyhow, the latest evaluation is that the issue is not a port 10,000 issue. It is a bug from 2012 that was carried forward to BE 2014 sites that upgraded from BE 2012 to BE 2014.
