Vodafone Sure Signal with BT Fibre Broadband

Guys looking for some wisdom on a problem we are having. We have a client with a Vodafone Sure Signal box to boost the phones. BT router or Draytek router attached to the BT white fibre router no joy. Use and old 2Wire Router on top of the BT white router no problem at all. Bring Sure Signal back to office on standard adsl with Draytek and all works fine.

Tried a new BT hub 5 onsite which is all in one so by passed the BT white router and no joy. The only way it works is with the old 2 wire router but then we lose some capabilities what the Draytek was offering

I've seen a few instances where the WAN IP of your router isn't allowed at the Vodafone end.  You need to call them to check your SS' registration while connected to the correct circuit.

Thanks for your help but can I ask why it would work fine on the 2 wire router and not the intended Draytek?
Not sure, but you say it works in the office on a Draytek router, so it's unlikely to be just the Draytek router that's the issue, unless they're different models with different firmware?

I'd still give Vodafone a call to see if they can even see the SS trying to register when using the Draytek router in its intended location.  They may be able to tell you there and then what the issue is.
