I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I did a Google search & found out that Microsoft Picture It! has replaced Image Composer. I have never used these apps, so I can't say how similar they are.

In any case, you can download it here: Microsoft Picture It!.

In case you don't know, Windows Essentials includes Photo Gallery which is also 'great for quick graphic work '

Make sure to select the correct version for your version of Windows!

Matt PinkstonEnterprise ArchitectAuthor Commented:
just looking for the old application Microsoft Image Composer, I thought there were some old sites that had old MS products available
Paul SauvéRetiredCommented:
I haven't been able to find any sites with Microsoft Image Composer, but I did find a site that says Microsoft® Image Composer Free has been replaced by Microsoft Image Composite Editor.

I do use ICE with good results.
