Insert multiple Coldfusion Checkboxes w/ same name into new rows in SQL

How do I:

Determine how many of my "time" checkboxes were checked based on the returned comma-delimited list? (so for example - (12:00 pm, 12:15pm)
Then loop through that list and insert that "time" field (along with some other fields) into the database that amount of times? (I know how to write the insert statement I'm just not sure how to write the loop for the right amount of times.)

Thanks in advance!

I don't think is what I'm looking for. Thank you though.
Your time checkbox will result in a comma delimited list ..

<Cfloop list="#form.time#" index="aTime">
         insert into table using the value #atime#

THE number of checked boxes is #Listlen(form.Time)#
