Unable to access Exchange 2013 mailbox via IMAP with Oracle

Our Oracle workflow mailer uses IMAP to connect to exchange. It was working fine on our exchange 2007 server but we have since migrated to 2013.  I have matched the IMAP settings from the 2007 server and am able to telnet to 143.  The Oracle WF Mailer runs for awhile then dies with the error "unable to connect to mail store".

The Oracle wf mailer runs on Oracle Applications R12. Exchange is 2013 CU7

Is this something Microsoft has fixed with CU8, or is it totally on oracle to fix?

Hi,

Is the issue is faced by only one user or all other IMAP users are also not able to connect to the server. Kindly check if the IMAP service is started on the Exchange 2013 server.

All IMAP services on Exchange 2013 are running. The mailboxes can be accessed with no problem using Microsoft Outlook with the IMAP protocol. The only problem is from the Oracle WF Mailer. As mentioned above there is a known issue, I am trying to find out if there is a Microsoft fix for this, such as CU8, or if I have to wait for Oracle to fix its product.
