Access on an iPad

Can MS access be run either full version or runtime on an iPad?  If so , how do you do it?

Same as Android, I think.
Forget it.
Remote Desktop or Citrix.
Office for Mac doesn't contain Access.

The closest I ever came to being able to do something with access databases on iPad was with HandiBase by DDH software, I believe.

This provided some sinking of table information. Can't remember how also used. Might be something to look into. But it's definitely not something that looks and feels like Access
