Remove employeeType attribute from multiple objects

Can someone please help me modify this so it removes what ever value is in the employeeType field ?

This adds its , I need something similar that removes it and also outputs a file that it shows the new blank value .

Get-Content -Path "C:\Temp\test.txt" | Set-ADComputer -Replace @{"employeeType"="X123"} -PassThru | Get-ADComputer -Property employeeType | Select-Object -Property Name, employeeType | Export-Csv -NoTypeInformation -Path C:\Temp\OutPutData.csv

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's basically the same as to set it, just use -Clear and the property name:
Get-Content -Path "C:\Temp\test.txt" | Set-ADComputer -Clear employeeType -PassThru | Get-ADComputer -Property employeeType | Select-Object -Property Name, employeeType | Export-Csv -NoTypeInformation -Path C:\Temp\OutPutData.csv
