Match Data then Paste

I have a Sheet that I need the following to occur.  If B16 equals Jan ,then copy H2:AA2 and paste in cell B17, if B16 equals Feb, then copy H3:AA3 in B17, if B16 equals Mar then copy H4:AA4 into B17, if B16 equals Apr, then copy H5:AA5 to B17, and so forth until I get to December.
Who is Participating?
I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why not do a formula?

Something like in B17, to be dragged across in C17, etc.
=offset(H$1,month(datevalue($B$16 & " 1,2015")),0)

Thomas, do not quite understand how the formula works that you provided me
Just a little extension of the suggestion by nutsch.
Use the following formula in B17:

=SUM(OFFSET(K2,MONTH(DATEVALUE(B16 & " 1, 2015"))-1,0,1,20))
Here it is....
