We have recently upgraded from exchange 2007 to exchange 2013 CU7. We have noticed that a lot of our shared mailboxes had rules prior to being upgraded. After upgrading the shared mailboxes to exchange 2013 using Outlook 2010 our users had to remove and create new server based forwarding rules and other rules as well. Any reason why rules would not work under one version and not another.
