Patch panels – What difference in quality amongst brands. Does it equal the price difference?

We are fitting out a place with new patch panels. We of course like anyone want to install once and they last for a good 20 or so years. But looking around I see a range in pricing. For example, this World of data patch panel has good reviews on Amazon

http://www.amazon.co.uk/World-Data%C2%AE-installation-EIA-568-B-2-requirements/dp/B005Y37I76/ref=pd_sim_computers_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=16BQGGAARG8ZX586MXQ1

This one at Cable Monkey is 5 times as much:

OK maybe that’s because it’s right angled, however even another one they have is still a lot more
http://www.cablemonkey.co.uk/cat6-patch-panels/1397-24-port-cat6-utp-elite-patch-panel-rear-cable-managment.html

Does it really make much of a difference, especially as the Amazon one is so well reviewed? I do however want to put the best solution I can in for the customer.
Thanks in advance.

I think a large part of it is Cable Monkey operating at a higher margin (due to lower volume) over Amazon.
