Ran memory test and it passed OK. But is still Purple screening. Any ideas? what I can try next?

After recently upgrading my HP DL360 G7 servers to ESXi 5.5 one of them is purple screening. Most recently last night. <br />

Esxi 5.5 build 2403361
After recently upgrading my HP DL360 G7 servers to ESXi 5.5 one of them is purple screening. Most recently last night.
