Exchange 2007 Bulk Mail should use different Edge Server

Hi there,

60.000 mails have to be sent through exchange 2007 -> edge -> internet. I hate this, because of the possible blacklisting of the mailservers and high volumes of mails waiting in queue.

Using a dedicated service for sending those bulk mails is not possible :( so my idea is to setup a second edge server to get all that bulk mail stuff outbound. Is this possible?

Regards,
Marcel

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you should use a seperate mail listing software
60k of email are small numbers and it is better to off to other platform.

and others
