Issue with SharePoint Annoymous Access

Hi Experts,

Hope all is well. I have a very strange problem with SharePoint Foundation 2013 and its driving me crazy.

I have setup a new site and enable Anonymous Access to it. When i browse to the site using Domain Administrator access i get what is on the Attached Picture - Working.

When i try and browse to it from any other account it does not show anything. Well it does but only the header and logo, like in the attached Picture - Not Working.

Anybody got any pointers or Tips? Checked Google, and been playing around for 3 days now.

Download a copy of Fiddler at

Run it and then open the page. The logs will show which items aren't rendering due to permissions.

Likely you have libraries containing some of the rendered resources that are not open to Anonymous access.

Sometimes folders on the file system can also be as issue for CSS etc.

Hi Jamie,

Hope your well. Many thanks for your prompt reply. Its a brand new Site I created in SharePoint so shouldn't have too much.

I have downloaded the above and Ran it but not quite sure what I should be looking for?

Hi Again Jamie,

I have attached a screenshot of what i get when i Run Fiddler.

Not that i think it should matter, but just in case. Our SharePoint Server is in Domain 1 and I'm trying to access it from Domain 2.

I would think though with it been set as anonymous anyone should be able to access anything?

That Fiddler trace looks nice. Lot's of 200 (OK).

Let me have a think...

Cheers Jamie.

Like i said i have tried just about everything i have found to no avail.

Even tried re-installing SharePoint and creating a new site. Still the same. Strange the Site Colour is not reflected as well. Everything should be Green. But on the anonymous access it shows blue.

Might be a clue, and might not be,.

Please have a look at this checklist.

I know it's an earlier version of IIS, but it's very similar.
