MS Excel 2013, transpose feature over entire column

Hello experts,
I have an excel file that was presented in structured output that I would like to alter, and am looking for a formula or method to do the work.  Here is my sample data, two columns only:

Chart_Number      Name_and_Address
AARON0000      Mickey J Mouse
                    311 CALHN DR
                    ST CHA, MO  63355
ABAN0000      Minnie Mouse
                    44 SEPTEMBER ST
                    MOSCOW, IL  63221
ABBEG0000      Goofy M Dog
                    150 HWY 94
                    SAINT CHARLES, MO  63354

I need an output of:

Chart Number      Name             Address            City      State   Zip
AARON0000      Mickey J Mouse  311 CALHN DR      ST CHA      MO      63355
ABAN0000      Minnie Mouse      44 SEPTEMBER ST      MOSCOW      IL      63221
ABBEG0000      Goofy M Dog      150 HWY 94      SAINT CHARLES MO63354

Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This could be done in VBA.  Here's a basic routine with no error-checking or interface, just to give you an idea.  It assumes the first sheet has the original data output.

Option Explicit
Sub Transpose_Data()
    Dim lngLRow, r As Long
    Dim rng As Range
    Dim cl As Object
    Sheets.Add After:=Sheets(Sheets.Count)
    Range("A1").Value = "Chart_Number"
    Range("B1").Value = "Name"
    Range("C1").Value = "Address"
    Range("D1").Value = "City"
    Range("E1").Value = "St"
    Range("F1").Value = "Zip"
    r = 2
    lngLRow = Cells.SpecialCells(xlLastCell).Row
    Set rng = Range("A2:A" & lngLRow)
    For Each cl In rng
        If cl.Value <> "" Then
            With Sheets("Final")
                .Cells(r, 1).Value = cl.Value
                .Cells(r, 2).Value = cl.Offset(0, 1)
                .Cells(r, 3).Value = cl.Offset(1, 1)
                .Cells(r, 4).Value = Left(cl.Offset(2, 1), InStr(1, cl.Offset(2, 1), ",") - 1)
                .Cells(r, 5).Value = Mid(cl.Offset(2, 1), InStr(1, cl.Offset(2, 1), ",") + 2, 2)
                .Cells(r, 6).Value = Right(cl.Offset(2, 1), 5) 'doesn't check for 5+4 codes
            End With
            r = r + 1
        End If
    Next cl
End Sub
