I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No, you should not configure together.

WNLB and clustering have some sharing conflicts that makes this an unsupported scenario
If you'd like to know more about CAS array, check this article: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/planning-architecture/uncovering-new-rpc-client-access-service-exchange-2010-part1.html

Either you use a load balancer or use RoundRobin to load balance the CAS servers

can i know the reason in simple words why not possible@imkottees
MASEE Solution Guide - Technical Dept HeadCommented:
In another words WNLB and Failover Clustering components can't run on the same server.
FYI
WNLB is not recommened for Exchange by MS EXchange Team and WNLB is not free anymore.

If you want to manage with 2 servers please check this

What is the exchange version? WNLB and DAG are two different concept. Better to use HLB instead of WNLB. You can install both role CAS and MBX on same server. However DAG is designed for MBX role and NLB or HLB is for CAS role. Read more here

Let me know, if you still have doubts.
