The other day I stopped by to take a picture of the brand of the modem and the router that you have been using on your Network. With this information I will be able to start the research, diagnostic and troubleshooting of the issue that Diana and Hernand are experiencing. The fact that Diana’s and Henrnan computer are sporadically disconnecting from Jungle Disk is most likely a connectivity problem.
The issue can be at the Modem level, at the Router level or it can be between your office and the Jungle Disk facility. I estimated that troubleshooting this issue to identify the root of this problem will take approximately one hour and half. The charge will be $ 120. Will you please approve this charge?
