Delphi shared data modules does not function properly

i have developed a POS software using delphi XE3 and MSSQL. I have started developing another delphi project for accounting purpose. My accounting package uses same data module from POS software. when i started developing the accounting package at first my accounting software displays the shared data from POS software but later after i have added some forms from POS software to accounting software the shared forms does not work, it does not display any data in the form. My accounting application also have a data module (accDM) all the queries in my accDM is connected to POS software ADO Connection in the data module. the queries in accDM works fine but when i call a query in POS software data module it does not display any data. can someone please help me in identifying the issue in this project.

You did not tell how you added the forms!
How did you add the Forms from POS to the accounting project?

If you click View Forms (Shift+F12) or from Delphi menu, View -> Forms..., do you see all your forms?

Also if you go to Project -> Options under Forms do you see all your forms there? Are they auto-create, available, or not there?

data will only be displayed if the connections and data objects are active

if you pull the network cable from your pc, the connection objects switch active to false
then save your app, and the connection will remain closed

you need to program the opening of all the datasets and connections
to prevent such a autosave not-active connection

if you have master-detail grids,
the lookups need to open first, then the masters, then the child

and in reverse order for closing
