I have a need to:<br />

1. Design and &nbsp;Add a Form to my website ( obtain a tool that will design a robust form)<br />
<br />
2. Capture the outputs of that Form so that it automatically populates a Spreadsheet, after the user clicks the submit button<br />
<br />
3. Finally, provide a committee with Reports from that Spreadsheet via a website. In other words, I would design a few reports within the spread sheet so that non-technical end users can just click a button which says “Report by Seller” “Report by Address” &quot;Report of number of widgets sold&quot; These reports would be presented as a button on a website and the end user would be able to view the report from our website.<br />
