Help me configure Nanostation Loco M5 as remote bridge

I have just got my M5 & wanted to connect our company LAN point to it such thagt
I can access it from home.

After browsing it (ie https://192.168.1.20) using credentials ubnt/ubnt as given in the
Quick Guide, don't quite get the hang of it of what I need to configure  though I
increased gthe max distance to about 27km (by dragging a bar)

Appreciate step by sgtep guide on how to set gthis up & what I need to do on my
laptop gto access it from home (with Point to Point encryption,  WPA2?)

A diagram showing how the M5 connects to the LAN patch point in office will be
good

Does the antenna need to aim in the direction of my home?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The maximum line of sight distance line of sight is 15KM. Yes the antenna has to point to the receiver. Any obstructions will cause the range to be less. Precipitation will also cause losses. 5Ghz doesn't penetrate much.

have you tried accessing from various locations along the line of site to see what range you are getting?  What is the distance that you have to cover? Do you have a direct line of site from the transmitter to the receiver?

No possible way of direct line of sight as there are walls in between

But just out of the box, we need to configure something on the laptop & Nanostation, right?
Can't be used right away right?  I can take screen shots later & attach here to enquire what's
the value expected for each screen's parameters
