"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

This can happen when domain of CRM is different than what you're using.

Check these settings in IE and it will ask for username and password:

Go to IE -> Options -> Security Tab -> Local Intranet -> Click on Sites button -> uncheck "Automatic detect intranet network"

or if you're using older version of IE then use the steps given here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SPCON/Setting+your+Browser+Options+for+Automatic+Login

This was resolved by add the LoopBack value in Regedit on the server itself.
