Removing old computers on Samba Systems

I'm wondering is there a way to delete old machines from Samba?

I'd like to search all computers that hasn't had activity for longer than 3 months and have it removed from the domain controller.

There is no easy way to achive this. you need to configure logging at a higher log level so that logon attempts from PCs are logged,
then you need to write a parser that read the log files and extract all timestamps when the PCs come up.
This timestamp list you need to analyze to find the hosts that are not longer active.

then you need to issue a smbpasswd -x computername$ to remove the computer trust account  from samba.

Afterwards you need to remove the computername$ useraccount on the linux system.
