Missing Junk Email folder in Outlook 2007

I have a use that had her Junk folder disappear. She's using Outlook 2007 and the Email Server is Exchange 2007.

I tried the outlook /resetfolder command, but that did not work.

Any ideas?

Two things:

1. It may have been moved (dragged) to another folder and buried. Not the first time.

2. Delete the Outlook Profile (Control Panel, Mail) and make a new Outlook Profile.

What about the Junk Folder being moved (underneath another folder)?

Next thing to try is a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new account and setup Outlook. Junk Folder or no?

same problem. I was able to finally locate the folder in Notes and moved it to the root using the MCFMAPI tool.

Thanks for your help and identifying the correct problem in your initial response.
