I want to use REST API to join two SharePoint lists.

Any ideas or resources?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,
I assume we are talking about SharePoint Server 2013.
Are the lists currenty "connected" as there is a lookup from the one to the other list?
If yes, then you can use the "$expand" option to load additional data from the lookup list.
If there is no lookup then imho you would have to fetch both list data and do the join on the client side.
There is a quite new library which provides Linq type functionality:
https://github.com/multiplex/multiplex.js
which offers the JOIN function passing two arrays.
