Password recovery

User has a new Windows 7 Pro. Only one password cannot log in. How to activate administrative log in. to reset user password.  The administrative account is enable but does not show up when Windows log in screen comes up just the user Id. Is ther aneasy way to reset password. There is no reset password disk created.
