Has there been any issues with the last Windows updates that Microsoft released in May?

We have been scratching our heads trying to figure out why our end users are complaining about scans failing. Our end users are retail store managers who use a Windows Server 2003 OS desktop to do their work. The only thing I can think of that has changed was patching, but before I approach our network administrators and question them about that, I want to know if the EE community know anything about the latest windows patch that may have caused any sort of scan issues with Windows Server 2003. Does anyone have any insight?

there were no issues related to scan for windows update, have you checked users permissions...and tested if they can print?

How many machines are we talking about, one? And you have no Image backup?
Surely, if you dig long enough (though it is rare), you will find some one with that constellation: Server 2003, scanning on it, Windows updated, now something wrong with scanning, but no, no common bug known to the media, yet.

For a test, simply let them uninstall the latest updates.
