Merge of exchange accounts on iphone or android - email contacts and calendar

We have a server down and the old exchange database is gone.
Some clients have their data on phone and mobile devices however if we delete that account all historical and contacts will go.,
We are going to setup a new account on the phone but is there any way to merge or import one account into the other?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What version and edition of exchange server?
What happened to the database?
Have you ruled out all the possibilities of recovering the database?

what MDM software your are using?

What is the mobile client software used to access the mailbox?

Thanks,
Veera.

What phones are you using?

If you're using iPhones then you maybe able to move the mail to your iCloud email account and then download them on a PC and import from there.  A pain in the arse but its doable - Test it first before trying to move everything...

A more Ideal method would be to export their mail from an OST file if they have one on their PCs?

Presuming that you don't have a backup of the server that you could virtualise and then export the mail?

Hi Veerappan Sundaram and David Atkin,

They are on iPhone.
The computers who had Outlook running locally are all good, its the ones that didn't. (via OST)

Unfortunately provider has got corruptions everywhere.

Didnt think it was easy

as long as you have the EDB file, you can restore them easily via 3rd party tool and most of the data can be recovered.
Unless you physically lost it then it is end game.
