I am looking for an efficient method of migrating my organizations o365 accounts to Google.  Anyone find a tool to perform such task?

Not having too much luck...

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have Outlook? You can download the O365 data to a PST file then use Outlook again to upload it to Google. A lot of work if you have more than a few users.

I've used BitTitan before, and I know they have the option of migrating from O365 to Google.  See their "Office365 to GoogleApps Migration Guide" here:

We've just migrated from MS to Google and used PowerShell to export all the files to PST. However we used an on-premise solution and it seems export to PST is unavailable through PowerShell for Exchange online.

I did find this possible workaround online which uses eDiscovery to save search results to PST files:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn440164(v=exchg.150).aspx

You could potentially have a search return all of a user's emails and save it that way.
There's also a tool available called MessageOps to export mailboxes to PST, but it's not free. Not sure if that's a consideration.
