More detailed information is always helpful, such as:

Versions - you mention 3.4, which I assume is the version of receiver you're using? This then suggests that the tablet is not an RT one?

That being assumed - why such an old version? The current version being 4.2.100 ?

Now for the next question - do non Windows 8.x users connect ok? Have you tried to connect via a Windows 8.x desktop rather than tablet?

What are the connection mechanisms? Access Gateway, NetScaler etc?

Is the site in trusted sites? If you try to launch from a desktop browser as opposed to a Win 8.x integrated one, do you see any more information?

You wouldn't usually take your car to a garage and say "It's a 1997 Ford. It doesn't work. Fix it", would you?

May I ask why the 'B' grade given, as part of my answer I said this:

"...That being assumed - why such an old version? The current version being 4.2.100 ?..."?
