Error Exchange 2013 Sp1 CU8 ID 49999

We have a Exchange 2013 standard install with versión CU 8 and we are having several errors:
Watson report about to be sent for process id: 5972, with parameters: E12IIS, c-RTL-AMD64, 15.00.1076.009, M.E.RpcClientAccess.Service, unknown, M.E.D.T.I.F.F.TextStore.AddText, System.IndexOutOfRangeException, 6ace, unknown. ErrorReportingEnabled: False

Mapi session /o=CompanyUhde/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=1413ef2c6fd340028bcb6ffd3b4247c9-Gimeno Garc with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 250 objects of type Message.

We are trying found some solution but without Sucess, any contribution will be received.

Is this a fresh install? or are you upgrading an existing Exchnage 2013 CU release? If so which one?

I have upgraded from Ex2013 Sp1

Process:

1) Ex 2013 Sp1 to CU6
2) CU6 to CU8

I upgraded because I had errors , but it's still having .

Are you facing any issue with Exchange server with these errors. I don't think error showing above causing any issue on Exchange server. These are general errors and can be ignored.

Typically if you upgrade and you have errors upgrading again before correcting the errors is a bad move. All errors should be resolved before doing a migration.

What aspects of Exchange are not working?

Can you spin up another Ex2013 CU8 server and migrate the mailboxes that you have on the current one?

For Event Id 9646 you can refer following article to increase objtMessage registry value to more than 250

but as amit said this event can be ignore.
