Table Column Hiding text

I've setup a table in my Word document with 2 columns.  I resized the left column and there is some instructional text.  Problem is that the text is not wrapping with the column width, but rather, the right column is hiding some of the text that extends over.  Seems like a paragraph wrapping setting or something but I can't figure it out.  I tried most of the table properties to no avail yet.

Have you tried: Highlight the column, right-click and select Table Properties – Cell Tab – Options. Select Wrap Text.

Are you getting the effect in the attached document?  This means that the paragraph width is wider than the column.

You can fix this by selecting the affected text and moving the paragraph markers in the ruler (see attached image).
