I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Some uninstalled "Pokki" app hasn't cleaned up after itself. Use task manager, click on "more details", navigate to the startup tab and deactivate the pokki entry there, I guess.

Lenovo installs Pokki and they should not. My strongest advice is to uninstall Pokki.

Please look at this EE Solution and the Lenovo link included therein.

I have informed my client to uninstall POKKI. Hopefully he will be successful and that will solve the problem. I will advise when I know more.
