We have a phone system that reboots if you enter a gateway address in 10-12-07. If you unplug the nic cable, you can enter a gateway, but of course that doesnt solve the real problem.
We think the issue is inmail waiting to be sent. We have turned off inmail hoping that would clear whatever is trying to send, but that doesnt help. The only thing that keeps the system from rebooting is removing the gateway.
We have tried a few other things like a callback number in 90-69 and reports in 90-11 but they were already off/empty.
If you enter a gateway address, the phone reboots about 5 minutes later. It will not come back on unless you remove the nic cable, remove the gateway using the handset and reboot the system again.
What else can we try?
