enable enterprise voice for users from Excel file

Dear All,

I have Lync 2013 environment, I'm looking for a help to find a script to do the following:

1- Enable the users for "Enterprise voice"
2- Assign the user "Line URI"
3- Assign the users a "Dial Plan"
4- Assign the user a "Voice Policy"

I'm looking for a script which can read from excel file the info and work based on it, we will use the SIP URI on the sheet as the point which we connect to.

You will need to code a VBA macro to do it.
