Outlook 2010 Icon changed to Office 2013 icon

Hi.
I have a user and when she dragged her outlook 2010 email to her desktop it changes office 2013 outlook with Blue O. She does not have full version of Office 2013, she only has visio 2013. How can she be able to open the outlook 2010 email on her desktop?

Thank you very much in advance!

she acturally uses Windows Explorer to search all of her outlook 2010 email from Inbox and from her email Archived folder containing certain word. Somehow these email came out all having Office 2013 Blue icon instead of yellow outlook 2010 icon. I tried to right click  to open with....it did not work. The file associate under the Control Panel still points to Outlook 2010 with .msg extenstion.

Please help and thanks a lot!!!

Ok, you said that she can open messages: "it will still open with outlook 2010". You don't like the blue icon or what?
