I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For something like this specifically i would recommend CodeTwo Exchange software which allows you to configure global signatures for your clients.

It can be done with Transport Rules, although they aren't very flexible.

However most people will use a third party tool - check if your AV software can do it for you. Exclaimer is the market leader in this space though and works very well.

I would strongly discourage you to have a logo on the email though - it can cause bloat in the database, you cannot guarantee how it will appear at the other end and can get your email flagged as spam.

Transport Rules will solve it - see Simons answer...

however - you should know that it signs EVERY message with no regards or reply or forwarding, you emails will be signed again and again if corresponded a few time..
I used POLICYPARTOL for that matter, it worked great..

Thank you for your excellent recommendation. I have tried with HUB rule, and yes it works but like you guys suggested, noticed those same issues, I have already proposed for third party solution those you have explained, now waiting for management approval.
