Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 not displaying web or admin console

Again!  We have had this problem before.  From memory possibly Java or .net related, however in the end we restored from backup and installed and reinstalled bes to get it working.
I have done the same but still not loading the web pages.
Services running fine

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I expect someone has installed the JAVA update.
Disable all Blackberry services, then reboot the server. Remove JAVA and reboot.
Then reinstall BES over the top of the existing installation. If BES (not BES Express) then take the opportunity to install the latest rollup.
Reboot at the end and it should come up.

Then go in to the JAVA configuration and disable the automatic update prompts.

which java version?
bes installs javav6 up31 and java Se 6
Simon Butler (Sembee)ConsultantCommented:
BES installs the required version of JAVA. Therefore don't install any other updates or install it separately - let the BES installation do it for you.
