Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 not displaying web or admin console
Again! We have had this problem before. From memory possibly Java or .net related, however in the end we restored from backup and installed and reinstalled bes to get it working.
I have done the same but still not loading the web pages.
Services running fine
Ideas?
thanks

to add its bes express.

which java version?
bes installs javav6 up31 and java Se 6
bes installs javav6 up31 and java Se 6
BES installs the required version of JAVA. Therefore don't install any other updates or install it separately - let the BES installation do it for you.
