This macro will put all those numbers down a single list converting every 4 digits using excel's hex2dec function

Sub transhex2dec()
For Each cel In Range("A1:A" & Range("A1").End(xlDown).Row)
arr = Split(cel, " ")
For Each itm In arr
Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = Left(itm, 4)
Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 1).Value = WorksheetFunction.Hex2Dec(Left(itm, 4))
Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = Right(itm, 4)
Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 1).Value = WorksheetFunction.Hex2Dec(Right(itm, 4))
Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Select
Next itm
Next cel
End Sub
