Sharepoint 2010 Events 1 & 4 & 14 repeating Please help

SharePoint 2010 SP2 64 bit on Windows 2012 R2 Standard 64 bit
Use SQL 2008 Enterprise 64 bit on Windows 2008 R2 Standard
SharePoint has its own instance named sharepoint

Been getting event 1 and 4 every so often today.
