Attorney's home printer does not show up in Citrix when she tries to print. &nbsp;She has stated the printer is set as the &quot;default&quot; BEFORE logging into Citrix. &nbsp;Once she logs in, goes in to Word or some other application and try to print to the printer, it prompts to install a driver. &nbsp;The person's printer is a Samsung.
