Help to make data in query editable.

I have a table of companies data in Access which I want to edit. However I only want to edit certain records.
I have a table of the records that I want to edit. I built a query where I filter only the records which I want to edit from the main table. The result is a query, which only contains fields from the main table. But I can't edit them. Can you help me please.
My main table is tblCompaniesData
The records that I want to edit are in [Cos with different XigoNos but same Bur_RegNos]. (This is a linked table to an Excel workbook.)
The query is:
SELECT tblCompaniesData.Comp_ID, tblCompaniesData.Bur_RegNo, tblCompaniesData.XigoNo, tblCompaniesData.CPB_RegCOMPANYName, tblCompaniesData.RegCOMPANYName, tblCompaniesData.BurCoName
FROM [Cos with different XigoNos but same Bur_RegNos] INNER JOIN tblCompaniesData ON [Cos with different XigoNos but same Bur_RegNos].Bur_RegNo = tblCompaniesData.Bur_RegNo
ORDER BY tblCompaniesData.Bur_RegNo;
I use Access 2010
