Is it a valid HTML document?  Is it responsive for optimized display on tablet and phone devices?  If not Google will penalize it.  Also, a web site that contains the words "Lorem ipsum" and "dummy" in the meta description is sort of telling the world that it's not ready for prime time.

My first recommendation would be to get rid of the obviously bogus information.  Next, you would probably want to correct the markup so that it is a valid document:

karthik80c, have you submit your sitemap to google web master? I'm trying to check your sitemap (http://www.carnalinc.com/sitemap.xml), but failed. I've built google custom search (https://cse.google.com/cse/publicurl?cx=018101515616209202304:uc6xorphoaw) to self verify your pages, can see the pages listed under your defined keywords - carnal, carnalinc, carnal inc, carnal events, carnal shop, carnal home, carnalinc contact.

Please bear in mind that google doesn't crawl or index all the pages.
