Email sent as johmsmith@xyzcompany.com but arrives as info@xyzcompany.com?

I have an user here who is using Gmail for Business setup in Mac Mail.

The account they have setup is like:

johnsmith@xyzcompany.com

However, the recipient will always receive the email as

info@xyzcompany.com

(There was an account "info@xyzcompany.com" setup but it has been fully deleted)

When the users signs into Gmail direct and sends directly from there - the mail will arrive
as johnsmith@xyzcompany.com

Any solution?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the email setting on mac email on your name off account you will find it info@xycompany.com
Or simply delete your mac mail profile and create another one

Sure if you delete your profile old mail will be deleted
But if you're using IMAP you will not lose any thing
If you use pop3 all data will be deleted

Thanks - deleting the whole IMAP email account worked. But when I went to recreate it on Mac Mail - it would not the account.
Thunderbird worked immediately though. Thanks Termody.
