Publicize a project using linked-in

My question is regarding how to go about publicizing a new project and requesting assistance from my linked-in public.

I have never "posted" or "shared an update" on linked-in.  In fact, I have never used linked-in to send any kind of mass message.

I'd like to post the following letter there and need to know how to go about it in order to get it the message out quickly, but in a way that is likely to be effective in getting a response.

Assistance in how to go about this using linked-in is greatly appreciated.

Here is the letter:

Title of mass email to businesses in Waco:
YOUR ASSISTANCE IS REQUESTED: Market News Cafe - Waco, TX

Body of email
I have embarked on an ambitious project to host place for entrepreneurs to collaborate on their new ideas, as well as a place for active traders and programmers to glean assistance from each other.

The space should consist of little more than a long table with internet access. I have the table, computer, and projection to get this thing off the ground.

If you know of, or might be able provide such a space (perhaps in an office center where there is already some traffic), then I would very much like to hear from you. Any assistance you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

Since the word Cafe' is in the name, and since I feel like the lunch and dinner crowds could be a good market, then long-term we might offer food delivery options where food could be brought in from other places, by request, or even brought in by the guest. Of'course none of that has to be worked out initially.

The only thing that is important initially is the space, and that we have someone in there most of the time. That individual would have to be available in exchange for taking a percentage of any executive assistant type services they might provide to an individual.

Please visit the website at www.marketnewscafe.com and reply to this email. I am anxious to hear about any space, or other assistance that you might be able to provide.
