Stop users being able to delete own calendar items

Exchange 2010 - Need 5 users to view/add/amend items in a shared calendar on their iphones.  In the absence of a method for them to view shared calendars on an iphone I have set up a shared calendar user and given each of the other 5 users the account credentials so that they have access to this calendar on the iphone.  ( When they use outlook on their pc's they have access to the shared calendar and the user permissions are set so that they cannot delete).  There is a company requirement that each user  can add or amend items but not delete them.  I have tried setting the permission in outlook (logged in as the shared calendar owner) to not allow delete but as the shared calendar user I can still add then delete items

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not possible.
The owner of the calendar cannot be restricted in any way. Therefore if they are logging in to the calendar as the actual owner of the calendar, you cannot stop them from deleting anything.
