Exchange 2003 server taking all my bandwith at a specific time every other morning

Recently my exchange box started taking all of my bandwidth starting at a specific time?  I need to reboot the server and then all is fine "for now".  Once it starts, it consumes all of my bandwidth and everything stops (goes to a crawl) and renders the network useless.

Do you mean internet bandwidth?
If so, then you need to start looking at what happens at that time. AV software doing updates would be one guess, backup software going to the cloud, user synchronising something large which doesn't complete.
There is nothing in Exchange that could do it.

Simon.
