Check box to send to a website

I have a check box on a form. When the check box is clicked "On" I would like a website to open up. If the check mark is click to "off" then nothing happens. When it is clicked to "On" a website pops up.

Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks Ray... it's working almost perfectly. Except when you click it Off, it still opens the webpage. Is there a way to do it so that it only happens when you click On?

Thanks for your help, greatly appreciated. I a always enjoy your solutions.
